Partner of DJM. Attorney-at-law (radca prawny) in the Capital Markets team. Associated with DJM since 2006, she has been gaining experience by co-operating with Mr Jarosław Dubiński and Mr Tomasz Masiarz. She specialises in the law of capital market, with special regard to public trading in securities. She has many years of experience in providing legal assistance to investment fund management companies, investment companies, and issuers of securities admitted to organised trading. She also advises to participants of investment funds and shareholders of public companies. She was involved in the establishment of several hundreds of investment funds (open-ended and closed-ended, public and non-public) and sub-funds, including dedicated funds and target date funds (employee capital plans). She advised in several hundreds of public offerings and private placements of securities, both Polish and international. She carried out many pioneer projects, including the first in Poland transformation of a closed-ended investment fund into a public fund and the first in Poland non-public issues of investment certificates and bonds with participation of the issue agent. She gives lectures at specialised courses and conferences devoted to the issues of investment funds and investment fund management companies. She is a co-author of international publications on the law of investment funds: Chambers Global Practice Guide: Investment Funds 2019 and International Comparative Legal Guide to: Alternative Investment Funds Laws and Regulations 2019. She is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie). She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She is fluent in English
