Attorney-at-law (radca prawny) in the M&A Team. Associated with DJM since 2010. She specialises in the provision of services for M&A transactions. She is involved in matters connected with the law of commercial companies, which includes the provision of legal assistance to individual clients and business entities, both Polish and foreign. Her expertise covers in particular advice to parties to transactions during all stages of the transaction process as well as the completion of due diligence. The scope of her expertise covers also the ongoing provision of services to commercial law companies with respect to corporate and contract issues, as well as participation in projects connected with restructuring of business entities, transformations, divisions and combinations of companies. She was involved in many restructuring projects and M&A transactions, advising both companies and also investors. She is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie). She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She is fluent in English.
