Jarosław Dubiński

Jarosław Dubiński specializes in civil law, M&A, capital markets (in particular investment funds) and insurance law. He advised financial market organizations and institutions, including the Polish Chamber of Pension Funds (IGTE), Polish Insurance Association (PIU) and the Association of Investment Fund Companies in Poland (currently Chamber of Fund and Asset Management), in particular with respect to draft legal acts on financial markets, including the Insurance Act or the Investment Funds Act.

Kazimierz Jeleński

Kazimierz Jeleński, LLM (legal counsel, qualified as attorney in NY, USA, LLM Northwestern University), focuses on providing legal services to financial institutions, in particular with regard to restructuring projects, mergers and acquisitions and legal advise on project finance transactions, with special emphasis on oil and gas extraction projects and fuel sector projects. He advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions, and restructuring of commercial entities and their debt. Kazimierz Jeleński is ranked as Key Individual in Banking and Finance by Chambers Europe and Chambers Global for 2009-2014. In 2010 and 2011, he was also recommended by Chambers Europe as Key Individual in Energy and Natural Resources.

Tomasz Masiarz

Tomasz Masiarz is a managing partner in Dubiński Jeleński Masiarz & Partners. He is an expert in the investment funds law and capital markets. Since 2001, he has advised on trading in financial instruments, with focus on regulations governing the collective investment undertakings.

Tomasz has created one of the most successful teams of attorneys dealing with the issues of investment funds in Poland, and is the author of numerous solutions which for many years have been used on the investment funds market.  His experience in advising investment funds associations (TFIs), banks, investment companies, and other entities operating on the Polish and the European capital market is vast. Numerous structures that have been developed based on his practice currently function in most of the TFI’s on the Polish market. He supervises a team of lawyers who have participated in the creation of many structures  and models, ground-breaking in character. He has successfully represented financial market entities in many proceedings held before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). Thanks to his involvement, several investment fund associations and several hundred investment funds have been formed.

For many years, he has conducted training courses and delivered lectures at the Post-Graduate Market  Law Studies at Warsaw School of Economics, and on numerous occasions has been invited as a speaker and expert to conferences and seminars  dedicated to capital markets and investment funds. He has co-authored an international publication series issued by Chambers and Partners and by Thomson Reuters.
