Attorney-at-law (radca prawny) in the Real Estate team. He specializes in real estate law, with special regard to investment process, zoning, law of contracts. He has experience in due-diligence, transactions and related advice covering civil, environmental, construction and energy law. Moreover, his interests are focused on issues connected with ESG and energy. He has gained his professional experience to date in Real Estate, M&A and Energy practices in the biggest international law offices. He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie). Mr Alaszkiewicz is a graduate of law at the University of Warsaw, where he also attended the School of British Law organised by the British Law Centre as part of co-operation between the University of Cambridge and the University of Warsaw. He is a graduate of post-graduate studies in construction law at the Lazarski University. He provides advice in Polish and English. He also speaks French at elementary level.
