Partner of DJM. Attorney-at-law (radca prawny) in the M&A Team. Associated with DJM for over 10 years, since 2017 as Partner. He has been co-leading the team of lawyers responsible for mergers & acquisitions and anti-monopoly practice for many years. He also specialises in corporate services to companies. As an expert in M&A, he focuses on the provision of comprehensive legal services to investors and investment advisors involved in transactions, both on public and non-public market. He supervised many transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of assets, including the exit from investments and the transformation of capital groups. Among numerous projects in which he was involved and provided advice, we may emphasise transactions involving numerous acquisitions for the MASPEX Group, one of the largest companies in the food sector in Poland, and transactions involving the investments made by entities from the MCI Group. Mr Kapica graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Tax Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is fluent in English.
