Partner of DJM. Attorney-at-law (radca prawny) in the Restructuring and Banking & Finance department. He specialises in transactions connected with the acquisition of bank and loan finance and the issue of bonds, and also in services to restructuring projects, banking law, law of contracts and commercial transactions. He has many years of experience in advising to financial institutions and their clients on finance transactions and pre-court restructuring. He provides advice with respect to comprehensive refinancing and restructuring of the existing financial debt of capital groups, involving different groups of creditors. He has a profound experience in complex financing transactions, advising lenders, borrowers and private equity investors. Mr Piotrowski is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie). He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, and also completed postgraduate studies in Accounting organised by the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw.
