Partner of DJM. Attorney-at-law (radca prawny). Associated with DJM for over 10 years. He specialises in corporate law, bonds, copyright, and the law of contracts and commercial transactions. As a Partner of DJM he is involved in providing services to numerous projects in the area of mergers, divisions and transformations of commercial law companies. For many years he has been managing successfully the debt securities practice. Grzegorz Bocian was involved in carrying out, from legal perspective, the first in Poland issue of bonds that were introduced to trading in the Catalyst alternative trading system. Moreover, he was involved in other innovative projects related to issues of bonds. Among other things, he developed the first in Poland, after amendment of the Act on Bonds in 2019, issue of dematerialised bonds that were registered in the deposit of securities maintained by KDPW (the Polish Central Deposit of Securities).

Mr Bocian graduated from the University of Warsaw and the Academy of Catholic Theology in Warsaw (currently the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw), as well as completed postgraduate management study at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a member of the Patronage Council of the Alcide De Gasperi University of Euroregional Economy (WSGE) in Józefów.
