Attorney-at-law (radca prawny) in the Restructuring and Banking & Finance team. He also co-operates with the team of the Real Estate department. He advises at restructuring processes, and handles the situation of entities which are exposed to insolvency and bankrupt. He took part in significant debt restructuring processes, both within and outside the framework of restructuring proceedings. He also has experience in advising to bondholders at issues of bonds. Mr Wojciechowski is also experienced in real estate trade transactions and advice to investors with respect to the organisation and conduct of development process in Poland. He also advises clients with respect to the environmental law, as well as the commercial law, mainly in corporate law issues. He is an attorney-at-law (adwokat) in the Council of the Warsaw Bar Association (Okręgowa Rada Adwokacka w Warszawie). He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies in tax law at the Warsaw School of Economics.
