Attorney-at-law (radca prawny) in the Restructuring and Banking & Finance team. He specialises in issues related to banking, finance and debt restructuring. He was involved in numerous transactions of granting finance, amending its terms and exiting the investment. He has experience in out-of-court contractual restructuring, court restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, and enforcement of claims, including by way of out-of-court enforcement of finance security instruments. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He completed Postgraduate Studies in International Tax Strategies organised by the Warsaw School of Economics and the International Business and Trade Summer Program organised by the Catholic University of America in Washington.
