Attorney-at-law trainee (aplikant radcowski), Junior Associate in the Restructuring and Banking & Finance team. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Mr Wydra specializes in services for debt financing transactions at all stages and the provision of legal assistance for debt restructuring, both as regards restructuring proceedings in court and out-of-court. He also supports the Restructuring and Banking & Finance team with respect to commercial law, especially corporate law, as well as in the course of bankruptcy and enforcement proceedings. During his professional practice Mr Wydra was involved in numerous debt financing transactions, such as issues of bonds, loans and credit facilities, and also in transactions involving changes of their structure. His duties and responsibilities include, in particular:

• preparation of financing documents and collateral agreements,
• advice for transaction structuring,
• preparation of restructuring documentation, including standstill agreements,
• preparation of corporate documentation.
