Associate in the Restructuring and Banking & Finance team. He specialises in banking, finance and debt restructuring. He was involved in numerous domestic and international transactions, representing both financing consortia and borrowers, especially in the course of financing infrastructure investments, corporate acquisitions, real estate and other assets, as well as their refinancing and exit from investments. Mr Głaz has experience in out-of-court debt restructuring and also in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings in court. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the School of British Law organised in co-operation with the University of Cambridge.
