Attorney-at-law (adwokat) in the Capital Markets Team. He specialises in the law of capital market, with special regard to the law of investment funds. He provides a comprehensive legal assistance to investment fund management companies and investment funds. In 2017 – 2024, he was employed in the Office of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, where he conducted licensing proceedings and exercised on-going supervision over investment funds and investment fund management companies. During co-operation with the Office of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, Mr Kochman was involved in legislative works connected with the law of capital market and conducted a seminar organised by the Centre of Education for Market Participants (CEDUR). He represents clients in proceedings and contacts with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and other state authorities, including also during control procedures. He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association (Izba Adwokacka w Warszawie). Member of the Business and Corporate Law Section and the Banking and Finance Law Section at the Warsaw Bar Association. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He is a mediator in the Arbitration Court at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. He is fluent in English.
