Attorney-at-law trainee (aplikant radcowski) in the DJM’s litigation team. He provides legal services to companies and individuals with respect to pending proceedings in court involving those persons, connected with preparing statements of claims and other submissions for the litigation, and applications to the Registers of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register. He prepares drafts of notarial deeds and minutes of shareholders meetings covering the approval of financial statements, the opening and closing of company liquidations, the sale of shares and other corporate issues. He takes part in preparing legal due diligence. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
